Michael E. Pepe, PhD, is the Chief Human Resource Officer at Virtua. He has extensive experience in organizational development, talent management and coaching. Before joining Virtua as Chief Human Resource Officer in 2011, he was the chief human resources officer at Aria Health System.
Prior to that, he served as vice president and executive director for human resources at Yale Health System as well as vice president for organizational development at GE Healthcare.
Dr. Pepe received his doctorate in organizational psychology and his masters in educational psychology from Washington University in St. Louis, and his bachelor’s degree in business from Farleigh Dickinson University. He also studied British literature and government abroad in Oxfordshire, England, at Trinity College.
