This 50 hour course, offered in cooperation with Condensed Curriculum International, prepares you to to enter the pharmacy field and to take the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board's PTCB exam. Phlebotomy technicians (or phlebotomists) are responsible for blood specimen collection and are important members of the health care team. BCC and Virtua Memorial are developing a Phlebotomy Technician Program designed to meet the standards prescribed by the American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians.
