Do you want to start eating right, but don’t know where to start? Diet Bootcamp will show you how. This 4-week workshop will teach you how to maximize your energy and reduce body fat by eating the right foods at the right times. You’ll also get a weekly weigh-in and discussions led by a Virtua registered dietitian.
- Weight to Go
Need help staying focused on your weight loss goals? Join Weigh To Go for 10 weeks of motivation and support to keep you moving, confidential weekly weigh-ins, and dietitian-led discussions each week on topics like: eating right on the go, convenience food makeover, take-out food swaps, plan-ahead snacks, mindful eating, and more!

The 15-minute weigh-ins provide ongoing monitoring and support. The program is private and available onsite in each of our three offices.

Kids and Teens Nutrition (ages 8 to 17)
Private nutrition education for kids, ages 8-12. Participants will learn about proper portion sizes, healthy snacks for home and on the go, healthy choices from all the food groups, how to read a nutrition facts label and positive body image. Includes a one-hour initial visit and two 30-minute follow up visits.
- Teens Wellness Jumpstart
Private nutrition education for teens, ages 13-17. Participants will learn about proper portion sizes, energizing snacks, healthy grab and go foods, reading a nutrition facts label and positive body image. Includes a one-hour initial visit and two 30-minute follow up visits.
- Private Sports Nutrition
Are you eating for maximum energy? Active people use food as fuel to enhance their performance and energy. We’ll help you do just that. Schedule a private session with a registered dietitian for individualized nutrition recommendations
- Group Sports Nutrition
- Eat Like A Runner: A 3-part workshop on how to fuel your engine to run stronger, longer and with more enjoyment. Our registered dietitian will teach you winning strategies on best foods for training, timing food around workouts, eating during endurance runs, overcoming common GI issues, and more.
- Food as Fuel Seminar: A one-hour overview of fueling your game to the next level available to any size group. Topics discussed include nutrients needed for training and performance; food and fluid intake before, during and after exercise; as well as timing of meals and snacks. Each seminar is made sport-specific. No limit on group size. May be held at an offsite location or one of Virtua's three fitness centers.
- Food as Fuel Workshop: A sports nutrition workshop focusing on high school and club athletes/teams. Series includes three one-hour group sessions at either a team location or at Virtua fitness center. Tailored for each sport and broken down into three specific and detailed discussions: Training, Performance, and Recovery Nutrition.
