Skinny Guacamole

Skinny chicken wings

Stretch out the calories and fat by swapping some Greek yogurt into this classic … 35% fewer calories, 50% less fat and 5 times the protein of the original!

Ingredients:
1 ½ fresh avocado
½ cup nonfat Greek yogurt
1 lime
1 tsp salt
½ cup diced red onion
3 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
3 plum tomatoes, diced
Garlic powder, to taste
Cayenne pepper, to taste (optional)

Directions:

  • Mash the fresh avocado in a bowl
  • Add the Greek yogurt to the avocado mash
  • Stir in the zest and juice of the fresh lime, salt, garlic powder and cayenne pepper
  • Fold in the red onion, fresh cilantro and plum tomatoes
  • For best flavor, refrigerate for 1 hour prior to serving
