Who says breakfast has to look and taste like breakfast?

As long as it’s a healthy choice, here are some delicious ways to mix it up for that morning meal.

Instead of eggs or oatmeal, why not try:

  • Whole-grain toast topped with peanut butter and a piece of fresh fruit

  • Whole-wheat pita stuffed with a hard-boiled egg

  • Smoothie made with yogurt, fresh fruit and wheat germ

  • Microwave baked potato with broccoli and low-fat cheese or parmesan

  • Quesadilla made with a whole-grain tortilla and low-fat cheese
