Upon admission to the hospital, it is important that you bring a few things:
- Health insurance (please bring your insurance card)
- Any referrals needed for your stay (if your insurance requires it)
- Photo ID (preferably a driver's license)
Virtua will bill your insurance company directly, but you should follow up with any additional payments, such as deductibles or co-pays. After your discharge, all co-pays and deductibles should be paid.
