Navigating your weight loss

Every bariatric surgery patient is unique and requires individualized attention. Our Bariatric Program coordinator is specially trained to help you achieve your weight-loss goals. The coordinator will guide you through Virtua’s continuum of clinical, behavioral and nutritional care. The coordinator will also answer and address any questions or concerns you have.

When you enroll, you can receive supervised exercise training sessions at Virtua's award-winning, state-of-the-art HealthFitness Centers in Voorhees, Washington Township, and Moorestown. You will have the opportunity to create an individualized fitness plan created for you.

Following the scheduling of your weight-loss surgery, you can join Virtua's Bariatric Surgery program's Preoperative Education Classes, where you can learn the following:
