Subacute Care/Rehabilitation Programs
For the step following illness or surgery, but prior to returning home. Transitional care in our subacute care unit; a minimum of three hours of rehabilitation daily to help maximize endurance and improve skills that may have diminished as a result of illness or injury.

Short-term care of any duration, a day, a week, or for as long as is needed, when regular at-home care-givers are unavailable
