You can improve health care for yourself and your community by taking a short survey by Holleran, a national research firm. Currently, 1500 randomly chosen households throughout Camden, Burlington and Gloucester counties are being called by Holleran, to take part in a confidential 15-minute health assessment phone survey.
The purpose is:
To identify where community healthcare needs improvement in areas such as:
- Health conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, stroke
- Exercise habits and activity levels
- Health risk behaviors such as smoking and alcohol
All calls are anonymous and confidential.
