Free web page service connects patients to loved ones
It can be stressful for patients and their families to keep loved ones updated on medical conditions and treatments. That's why Virtua has partnered with CaringBridge to provide free, secure, easy-to-use web pages that allow patients and their families to update all their loved ones simultaneously.
CaringBridge web pages offer:
- Easy three-step web page set up
- Patient care journal and photo gallery
- Guest book for receiving messages from loved ones
- Password protection for privacy
- Automatic e-mail notifications of page updates
Patients and their families can create and update their pages without leaving the hospital. They can access the Internet through the GetWellNetwork in patient rooms or from their own laptops using Virtua's free wireless connection.
