Free dental care for uninsured and under-insured children
On Friday February 1, Virtua Dental Center of Camden will participate in the 11th annual nationally recognized program, Give Kids A Smile Day, which is dedicated to giving all children access to quality dental care.
The Dental Center will provide free dental care and screenings to under-insured and uninsured children ages 3 to 12. In addition to screenings, services will include cleanings and fillings.
Hours of operation will be from 8:30 am to 3 pm, and appointments should be made by calling (856) 246-3545. All children must have a parental consent /medical history form completed and signed at time of treatment.
This form can be provided before your appointment upon your request when you make your appointment.
