Register for Pool, Pump, and Pedal for a Healthy Heart event
The Ninth Annual Pool, Pump, and Pedal for a Healthy Heart benefiting the American Heart Association is planned for 7 am to noon on February 27 at Virtua's William G. Rohrer Center for HealthFitness, 2309 Evesham Rd., Voorhees, N.J.
Virtua’s Pool Pump and Pedal incorporates many different activities appealing to participants - regardless of age and ability - while maintaining the original focus of promoting group exercise and raising funds for the AHA. Since its inception, the event has helped to raise more than $150,000. Some of the events include mind and body classes, aqua fitness fiesta, a three-hour spinning journey, Zumba aerobics and a silent auction. The cost is $25 to $50 donation, depending on the event.
For more information about the events or to register, call the fitness center at (856) 325-5346.
