No parent ever anticipates their child being sick. But if an illness or injury strikes, parents want to know they have immediate access to the very best pediatric care available.
Virtua has a long tradition of providing outstanding pediatric emergency care, inpatient care and pediatric intensive care to the children of South Jersey.
Now, in a unique strategic partnership with CHOP – the renowned Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia – the physicians providing pediatric care at Virtua are members of the prestigious CHOP medical team.
CHOP physicians provide the level of care you have come to expect at Virtua, reinforced by the academic level expertise that has made CHOP a leader in pediatric medical research and education. CHOP is one of only eight hospitals on U.S. News & World Report’s prestigious Best Children’s Hospitals Honor Roll and, with almost 8,000 births a year, Virtua is known for caring for thousands of children of all ages each year.
Virtua’s partnership with CHOP enables children and their families in the South Jersey area to receive the best possible health care.
