A helping hand when you need it
When Joe Kirby's mother was unable to get a doctor's appointment after days of trying, he knew exactly what to do. As an employee at Virtua Health, he just had to walk next door to Virtua's Call Center.
A quick explanation to call center agent Maureen Donzuso, and the problem was solved. Donzuso arranged a doctor's appointment the same afternoon.
"Maureen was such a great help, both to my mom and me. She really went out of her way to help," says Kirby.
