The time you spent, the classes you took and the friends you met at Helene Fuld School of Nursing in Camden County (HFSN) certainly made an impact on your professional and personal success. And we recognize the important role alumni play in the school's success. In order to build stronger relationships with alumni, we've created a new HFSN Alumni Association.
With your support, HFSN will continue to be the premiere nursing school in South Jersey, allowing us to meet the needs of our communities. There are several ways you can help.

Alumni Events
With the formation of a new Alumni Association, look for events happening throughout the year to help you reconnect with classmates. Choose "Events" from the left menu to learn the latest updates about class reunions, fundraising events, plus much more. Stay informed and keep in touch
Fuld Feedback Newsletter reaches HFSN, West Jersey Hospital School of Nursing alumni and Cooper Hospital School of Nursing alumni, as well as current students, faculty, staff and friends. The newsletter keeps you informed on happenings in and around the school, updates on classmates and faculty, special events, plus much more. Issues are printed in the Spring and Fall. As part of the Fuld Feedback, we invite you to tell us what's happening in your personal or professional achievements. Keep in touch with your classmates and make new friends with fellow alumni who share your interests by submitting your latest alumni news .
Financial donations
Donations in any amount are always appreciated — no gift is too small. Your tax deductible contribution helps the school in many ways:
* Supplement student scholarships
* Purchase new equipment, learning tools and technology
* Fund improvements to facilities
* Support special school projects
Scholarship awards: Scholarships and graduation awards are available to students based on academic achievement and financial need. These awards make a wonderful lasting tribute in honor or memory of someone who made an impact in your life.
Individual gifts: Individual gifts provide funding for the school's many current needs or your donation may be directed to any need you specify.
Memorial and namesake gifts: A namesake gift to the school in honor or memory of a family member, friend, mentor or teacher who made a different in your life will provide a lasting and loving remembrance.
Donations through United Way: HFSN is an official member of the donor program of the United Way in Camden County. The next time you make a donation to the United Way, consider designating a portion of your gift to HFSN.

Requesting a Transcript
Transcript requests can be made in person or by mail.
Cost: Current students receive (1) request at no charge. Alumni will be charged $5 per copy. Checks or money orders only.
All financial obligations to HFSN/Camden County College must be cleared before a transcript request can be processed. Please allow 7 business days from date form is received for processing
If you are mailing a transcript request, please use our Transcript Release Form. Please print, complete and mail the form to the Business Office. The student/graduate's signature is required for release.
