Financial Aid
All financial aid is processed through the Financial Aid Office at Camden County College (CCC). HFSN students applying for financial aid must complete the Camden County Data Form and Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) annually. The FAFSA application can be completed online at www.fafsa.ed.gov. Applications are also available at the Financial Aid Office at CCC. Detailed information may be obtained from the CCC annual booklet, Financial Aid Handbook, or by calling the Financial Aid Office at 856-374-4985.
Refund Policies
Students are financially responsible for any courses from which they improperly withdraw or fail. Refunds will be honored only if students have followed the appropriate withdrawal procedure.
To withdraw, written notification must be sent to Helene Fuld School of Nursing and to Camden County College. A 100% refund will be granted provided written notification is received prior to the first scheduled day of the semester. If written notification is received by the 10th day of the semester, 50% of the tuition will be refunded. Students who fail to meet this deadline will forfeit the entire cost of the semester.
