Virtua is committed to providing an outstanding patient experience, right through the billing process. For added convenience, Virtua enables you to pay your bill online. This service offers quick and secure payments.

Virtua's online transactions are conducted with utmost security and privacy. Online transactions are kept strictly confidential by law. Virtua does not give, sell or rent this information to any outside parties or organizations.

Please choose the location you would like to submit an online payment to:

Virtua Berlin, Camden, Marlton or Voorhees
Virtua Memorial

Payments made after 3 pm will not be processed until the next business day. This transaction will appear on your bank statement with Company Entry Description "EPAY HOSP."

Check and credit card payments may still be sent by mail to the address listed below:

Billing Inquiries

It may be helpful to have your billing statement in front of you, as it contains necessary information. Please have your patient account number ready.

If your service was provided at Virtua Memorial, your account number (located in the Account Summary on the left hand side of the statement) will begin with a '3' or '4'.

If your service was provided at Virtua Berlin, Camden, Marlton or Voorhees, your account number (located in the Account Summary on the left hand side of the statement) will begin with a '1' or '2'.
