The myVirtua personal health record will be discontinued and unavailable as of 3/1/2018. If you would like to keep any of your medical documents contained in your personal health record, log into your account and download your medical information.
If you had created a myVirtua personal health record account prior to 9/1/2017 and would like to start using the new My Virtua, you will need to obtain a new activation code and create a new My Virtua account. There are two ways to obtain an activation code:
- At your next visit at a Virtua Medical Group office
- Complete, sign and submit the Activation Request form
