Barry Graf, FACHE, MHA

Barry Graf serves as senior vice president of partnerships and business development at Virtua. In this role, he is responsible for developing and maintaining partnership relationships with physicians and other healthcare providers. This includes oversight of various diagnostic and therapy partnerships as well as a regional network of ambulatory surgery centers.

Prior to this role, he served as vice president of integrated operations for Virtua. He was responsible for ensuring horizontal integration standardizing best practices, driving efficiencies and growing the clinical business across Virtua. He provided executive oversight for surgical services, pharmacy, diagnostic imaging, laboratory, and hospitality services. He was also responsible for identifying practice and process variations in other areas throughout the organization.

Previously, Graf served as vice president of operations for Virtua Voorhees Hospital, where he led the transition planning and move for the new Voorhees healthcare campus. Earlier, Graf had served as administrative director of radiology for Virtua. Prior to joining Virtua, Graf held management positions at multiple hospitals in NJ and PA and was a graduate of Crozer Chester Medical Center School of Radiologic Technology.

Graf earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Widener University and a master’s degree in health administration from Eastern University. Graf is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. He is also a Big Brother mentor.
