Virtua Voorhees Hospital is a full-service, award-winning medical center in Voorhees, NJ. Our 368-bed facility in Voorhees offers state-of-the-art technology and amenities focused on patient comfort. This includes eight surgical suites equipped for robotic and minimally invasive surgeries, two emergency departments (one for adults and one for children), private patient rooms, a level III NICU that provides the highest level of care to our smallest patients, natural light to promote a calm and healing environment, and walking paths and rooftop gardens for patients to get outdoors when possible. Partnering with the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), our level III NICU offers high-risk newborns the highest level of care. Newborns and their families have private rooms, providing a safe, healing space to grow and bond.
As a designated Primary Stroke Center, Virtua Voorhees Hospital offers the full spectrum of stroke care. This includes expert diagnosis and emergency treatment, as well as rehabilitation to help you regain function after a stroke.
If your child is sick or injured, we provide all levels of care. We have an inpatient pediatric unit and pediatric emergency services. We also cater to our youngest patients with playrooms, a pediatric garden, and a family lounge.

Virtua Voorhees Hospital is a designated Regional Perinatal Center. We partner with hospitals across South Jersey to care for pregnant patients at risk for delivering their babies early. These patients are transported to our Voorhees hospital. If they do deliver early, our level III NICU provides the highest level of care for premature newborns.
