T’ai Chi Chih is not a martial art; it is a moving meditation that balances and circulates the Chi, the intrinsic energy inherent in all life. T’ai Chi Chih consists of 19 powerful movements and 1 pose that are easily learned by anyone, regardless of age or physical condition. Join us for The Practice class and stay for 15 minutes of extra instruction for beginners.
