Stephanie Fendrick is the Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and Service Line Strategy at Virtua. Her chief role is to explore, develop and manage relationships with other providers and organizations that support Virtua’s imperative to manage the health of our community across the continuum of care.
Fendrick provides executive oversight for Virtua’s service lines including: Women’s and Children’s, Oncology, Orthopedics, Neurosciences, Cardiovascular and Surgery. Through Virtua’s service lines, Stephanie and her team will partner with our clinicians and operations teams to drive improved consumer loyalty, market growth, access to care and quality outcomes.
Prior to her current position, she was assistant vice president for the women’s and children’s service line. She was also Greenfield project manager (for the Voorhees replacement hospital) and director for accreditation and regulatory affairs.
Before joining Virtua, Fendrick held a number of administrative positions at Christiana Hospital, including administrative director of operations, coordinator of performance improvement/operations and administrative resident.
She is coach certified for Six Sigma and green belt trained. She also completed the Health Management Academy GE Fellowship program for senior executives. Stephanie earned her Bachelor of Arts degree at Franklin and Marshall College and her MBA with a concentration in health services from Duke University, Fuqua School of Business.
