Lisa Ferraro is the senior vice present and chief operation officer of Virtua Marlton Hospital. In her role, Ferraro oversees a 189-bed campus providing acute care and outpatient services, including emergency room care, in-patient dialysis, cardiac catheterization, and surgery.
Ferraro has more than 30 years of health care experience in non-profit organizations and started as medical-surgical registered nurse after graduating from Methodist Hospital School of Nursing. Ferraro went on to earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Widener University and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. In addition, she has a Green Belt Certification in Six Sigma.
Ferraro is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, American Nurses Association, and is certified as a Nurse Executive-Advanced from ANCC. She also services on the Camden County Chamber of Commerce Board and is a Burlington County Coach for the New Jersey Action Coalition.
