All in-house wholistic programs at LIWS are self-contained and completed entirely through LIWS.
Our in-house certification programs include:
- Wholistic Massage Practitioner Certificate (617 Hours)
- Reflexology Certificate (145 Hours) (Updated program is currently pending approval by NJDOE)
- 200 Hour: Yoga Teacher Training Certificate (200 Hours)
- 300 Hour: Yoga Teacher Training Certificate (300 Hours)

Wholistic Massage Practitioner Certificate
Students graduating from the 617-hour program Wholistic Massage Certification program will be eligible to sit for the National Certification Exam for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork.
Yoga Teacher Training
LIWS is a Registered Yoga Alliance School offering both 200-hour and 300-hours Teacher Training Programs. Applicants are required to have a minimum of six (6) months of Yoga training and practice experience prior to applying for admission into the program. This unique program will assist the student in experiencing the true essence of Yoga… union and harmony for body, mind, and spirit. Students will acquire the yogic knowledge and develop the skills & confidence necessary to successfully instruct beginner-level, wholistic-oriented Yoga Classes. The program will address:

Discover, with our experienced master teachers, new ways to access energy through breath and body awareness, effective warm-ups, basic postures, meditation, and deep relaxation.
For those students interested in Reflexology, LIWS offers a comprehensive certification program. Reflexology certification at Lourdes Institute includes instructional class hours and documented independent practice. Students must complete the Reflexology Certification program, and pass the LIWS exam to be eligible to take the National Reflexology Examination. (Updated program is currently pending approval by NJDOE.)
