Our aspiration is to have students, faculty and researchers work in an inclusive team environment, utilizing collective intelligence and humanity to guide the excellence they pursue. We want our ecosystem of learners, teachers, healers, caregivers and explorers to be empowered to challenge and discover innovative possibilities, to illuminate new insights, and to have meaningful input into the impact we all desire to have in creating thriving, healthy communities.

As a vibrant multidisciplinary college on the campus of a major university, affiliated with a local academic health system, we plan to be intentional in how we prepare for and care for all humankind. Through mentorship and education, we will enhance knowledge and human understanding that will promote recognition and evidence-based solutions, ensuring students, residents, and practitioners can recognize and restore healthy equity into all that we do in medicine.
