Healthy St. Patrick's Day Recipes: Shamrock Smoothie

If you need a concoction to balance out your festivities, look no further. This smoothie is packed with nutritious ingredients while maintaining a natural green color that's mandatory for the day. We'll cheers to that! 



  • 1 frozen banana, sliced 
  • 1 green apple, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup packed spinach
  • 1/3 cup packed mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup oat milk
  • 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt 
  • 4 ice cubes


  1. In a blender, combine all your ingredients and mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Serve with fresh mint leaves for garnish. 
  3. Enjoy!
