Smoking Cessation SPANISH ONLY Education and Support

Smoking cessation programs have been proven to help people "kick" the habit. Attend an educational support group to learn more about the tobacco addiction process and get tools and support to help you quit smoking. Topics will include the addiction process, stress management, and developing a personal plan to quit smoking using the resources and support available to you.

This class is for patients that speak SPANISH.

This is a FREE program run by a trained tobacco treatment specialist.
