Join our FREE young adult diabetes support group to share your experiences and ask those questions that are familiar to many young adults.

CLASS DESCRIPTION:
Join our FREE young adult diabetes support group to share your experiences and ask those questions that are familiar to many young adults. We will discuss how to balance working, taking classes, partying, relationships and so much more. We will also discuss the Latest changes in diabetes self-management and technology.

**Space is limited so we ask that just persons with diabetes attend. We will offer meetings for friends and family throughout the year.**

Group is facilitated by Cheryl Holland, RD, CDCES, Certified Insulin Pump Trainer.
