Virtua Pediatric Imaging Services - Voorhees
Virtua offers pediatric-specific imaging services through a partnership with Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP).
The CHOP at Virtua team includes radiologists, technologists, and nurses who are specially trained in pediatric imaging. Every imaging study is reviewed by a board-certified CHOP pediatric radiologist.
Our center is designed to make families and children feel more comfortable. We work to achieve the best images with least amount of radiation possible. We also offer sedation for patients when needed to make them feel more comfortable during the imaging studies.

Please arrive to your child’s appointment 15 minutes early (30 minutes for MRI). Please park in lot E, use entrance E, and proceed to Radiology on the second floor, suite E200. Once registered you will be directed to your child’s appointment. Please have a copy of your child’s script, photo ID, and insurance card.
As a safety measure, if you’re coming in for an MRI, your child will need to change into a gown before their scan as newer clothing materials are known to have metallic fibers that can heat up in the MRI unit. If you’re coming in for a Pediatric PET scan please ensure children are dressed warmly in clothing that does not contain metal zippers, snaps, or jewelry.
