Becker’s Hospital Review, a leading industry publication, has named Dennis W. Pullin, FACHE, to its 2023 list of “Great healthcare leaders to know.” Pullin is president and CEO of Virtua Health, South Jersey’s largest health care system, based in Marlton, N.J.

He is among 89 leaders from across the country who are “expertly navigating the ever-changing landscape of modern healthcare,” stated Becker’s. “The list celebrates leaders for the strides they’ve made in innovation, inclusivity, and access to quality care.”

“I’m deeply honored to be included among those who set a high standard for our industry,” said Pullin. “I’d like to also recognize Virtua’s incredible colleagues, whose collaboration and dedication make everything we achieve together possible.”

Becker’s cited Pullin’s “strong sense of purpose and vision,” enabling a range of initiatives to improve lives across South Jersey.

“He led [Virtua] to establish an affiliation and partnership with Rowan University to bolster their future medical workforce, create new opportunities for innovation and translational research, and help attract top talent to the region,” the publication noted.
