Virtua Rehabilitation Centers provide expert care in a compassionate environment for patients requiring nursing care, sub-acute medical care or in-patient rehabilitation.

Our experts include board certified physicians and physical, occupational and speech therapists who work as a team to provide a customized plan of care designed for each patient. Our goal is to help every patient restore a meaningful quality of life and regain as much independence as possible.

Virtua Rehabilitation Centers are accredited by the prestigious Joint Commission.

Sub-acute Care/Rehabilitation Programs
For the step following illness or surgery, but prior to returning home. Transitional care in our sub-acute care unit; a minimum of three hours of rehabilitation daily to help maximize endurance and improve skills that may have diminished as a result of illness or injury.

Respite Care
Short-term care of any duration, a day, a week, or for as long as is needed, when regular at-home caregivers are unavailable.

Palliative Care
Expert pain management, where medical professionals have advanced training and sensitivity in recognizing signs of pain in residents who are unable to communicate.
