At vir tú, we strive to offer the best care for our guests. We ask that you make yourself aware of our guest guidelines described below. They have been carefully crafted to ensure you enjoy a truly relaxing and tranquil visit with us.
Preparing for Your Experience
Please bring with you a completed client questionnaire (see below). This will allow you more time to relax before your service begins. If you cannot print and complete the form before your appointment, a form will be provided upon check in. Please permit yourself plenty of time before your service begins so you can change into your robe, and begin to relax. We ask that you arrive 30 minutes before your appointment is scheduled to begin.
Comfortable attire is suggested. Robes and slippers will be provided for your convenience. Secured lockers are complimentary and are located in the men's and women's lounges.
All our massage therapists and estheticians are New Jersey State licensed and specially trained at vir tú. We have both male and female therapists available. Please indicate at time of booking if you have a preference.

We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, cash and vir tú gift cards.
Suggested gratuity guidelines are 15%-20% for services. Gratuities are at the guest's discretion and much appreciated for outstanding service. We cannot process credit cards, debit cards or gift cards for gratuities, as these transactions may only be processed for the exact amount of services and/or retail purchases. For your convenience, there is an ATM located in the building.
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. When booking services at vir tú, your appointment is scheduled with a therapist, whose time is allocated exclusively for your scheduled treatment. We understand lateness does occur; however, please understand that if you arrive late for a scheduled appointment, your service will still end at the previously scheduled end time and you will be charged the full amount for your service.
To preserve the healing tranquility of the spa, we respectfully request that all cellular telephones be turned off when you enter vir tú.
Food and Beverages
There is no outside food or beverages permitted within the spa. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the premises.
As a courtesy to our clients and staff, it is vir tú policy that all clients give 24 hours’ notice of cancellation. We understand that occasionally you may have to cancel an appointment with us; however, we will require a credit card with full payment rendered at the time of scheduling your appointment for guests who repeatedly cancel appointments without giving proper notice.
All retail purchases must be returned within 14 days of purchase. All unopened products will be returned in full with a receipt. Any open products will receive a spa credit to be used towards future re-tail purchases.
Series, Packages & Programs
Series Packages are discounted and must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
Gift Cards are available for purchase in-house, at all Virtua Hospital gift shops or on-line. Gift Cards are sold for a monetary value and not per service, as pricing is subject to change. No discounts or promotions can be used with the purchase of gift cards.
