• Six expert-led weekly meetings  provided by a registered dietitian and/or Virtua cardiologist to educate, motivate and support you on your whole foods plant-based journey

• Cooking demonstrations and food tastings

• Resource lists and education materials to reinforce your plant-based goals


$199 per person, due at the time of booking
