Urgent Care Telehealth
Get immediate treatment for illnesses and injuries when you can’t get to an in-person urgent care clinic.

See a provider and get imaging and lab work in person for a cold, flu, sprain, or other health concern.
Orthopedic Walk-In Services
For muscle or bone injuries that need immediate attention, visit one of our OrthoExpress locations for same-day treatment.

We want you to get the care you need, when and where you need it. Whether you need to change a scheduled in-person primary care visit to a telehealth visit, or you prefer not to leave the comfort of your home, we offer convenient virtual visits for both primary care and urgent care.
During your telehealth visit, a clinician will assess your symptoms and provide a comprehensive care plan that could include:
- A prescription for medication
- Guidance on at-home remedies
- Orders for bloodwork or imaging
- Follow-up instructions

Your Partner for Primary Care
Your primary care provider (PCP) can help you get and stay well. You can connect with a Virtua PCP in person or virtually.
In-Person Primary Care
If want to see a provider in person, schedule an appointment at one of our convenient locations across South Jersey. Your in-person visit can include everything from an annual check-up or sick visit to vaccinations or bloodwork.
Primary Care Telehealth
If you'd prefer to stay home or if you’re traveling, you can still see your PCP. With a virtual visit, you can get the care you need if you’re sick, managing a chronic condition, or due for a physical. All of our PCPs offer virtual visits but we also offer a Primary Care Telehealth practice where the majority of your visits will be online.

Virtua offers both in-person and telehealth primary care appointments.
With either option, our PCPs can help with non-emergency care for:
- Allergies
- Managing chronic diseases, like diabetes or asthma
- Treatment when you’re sick or injured
- Annual physicals
- Referral to specialists

Find a primary care location near you
Virtua offers both telehealth and walk-in urgent care. You can do a virtual urgent care visit if you can’t get to an urgent care location, or if you just prefer telehealth. Or you can see a provider in person at one of our convenient urgent care clinics.
Our urgent care services can help with immediate care for:
- Cold, flu, sore throat
- COVID-19
- Headache
- Stomach viruses
- Earaches
- Eye irritations like pinkeye
- Rashes
- Sprains and strains
- Urinary tract infections (UTI)
- Imaging like X-rays (available at walk-in urgent care)

Available: Every day, 9 a.m. to 8:45 p.m.; weekends and holidays, 9 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.

You can get care for serious, life-threatening health emergencies at Virtua hospitals and Emergency Departments across South Jersey.
Call 911 or head to one of our emergency rooms for:
- Chest pain, pressure, or shortness of breath
- Sudden changes in vision, weakness, or paralysis
- Sudden, severe headache
- Sudden dizziness, confusion, or difficulty speaking
- Severe abdominal pain
- Uncontrolled bleeding
- Fever with stiff neck
- Fracture with protruding bone

Virtua Health OrthoExpress locations offer walk-in orthopedic services, provided by a dedicated staff of orthopedic experts across our subspecialties. When you visit a Virtua OrthoExpress location, you will benefit from convenient, specialized orthopedic care – perfect for those incidents that happen out of the blue
You can be seen for a same-day orthopedic visit for conditions such as:
- Possible broken bones/fractures
- Back or neck pain resulting from a fall/trauma/injury
- Dislocations of fingers or toes
- Swollen joints
- Muscle, ligament strains/tears
- Sprains and strains

Available: Monday to Friday, regular business hours, with expanded hours available at some locations.
