Getting you the answers and care you need.
Connecting you to the care you need starts with a call to one of our dedicated navigators. During this virtual visit, we'll work closely with you to review your symptoms and set up a full medical evaluation with one of our physicians.
From there, you and your doctor will develop a plan of care where our team will coordinate visits and follow-up appointments through our navigators. This may include:
• An appointment with a social worker to support your emotional well-being
• Blood work
• Physical therapy or rehabilitation
• Nutritional therapy
• Referral to a specialist in primary care, cardiology, pulmonology, neurology, or ear, nose and throat (ENT)
If you're already seeing a primary care clinician or specialist, we'll work with them to coordinate your care and assemble any resources you need.
We're here for you - start the conversation today.

What is long-haul COVID?
Long-haul COVID is a condition where people continue to experience COVID-19 symptoms well after recovering from the virus. While research is still being conducted, symptoms appear to affect each person differently.
Am I eligible for Care After COVID?
Care After COVID was designed to treat people who are still experiencing lingering symptoms 30 days past the start of COVID symptoms.
Currently, children under age 18 will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
What kind of treatment can I expect from this program?
Ultimately, it depends on the symptoms you're experiencing. During your evaluation, we'll home in on your conditions. From there, we'll build a team devoted to your recovery, pulling in Virtua specialists and experts when needed.
