Four Virtua Hospitals and 90-plus Virtua Medical Practices Earn Awards for Online Reputation

March 18, 2026 - The National Ranking Recognizes Organizations with a Superior Digital Presence, including Online Reviews

March 18, 2026

Virtua Health, South Jersey’s largest health system, has continued to enhance its online reputation, earning a greater number of awards and higher scores in the latest rankings from Reputation, a California-based firm. Reputation’s health care awards recognize hospitals, medical practices, and physicians that have an exceptional digital presence, including online listings and reviews.

Virtua Willingboro Hospital – which last year earned the highest Reputation Score of any U.S. acute-care hospital – increased its score from 881 to 947, placing it among the country’s top 10 for 2026. This year, three additional Virtua hospitals received Reputation Awards: Virtua Marlton (score of 870), Virtua Our Lady of Lourdes (score of 850), and Virtua Mount Holly (score of 831).

Additionally, many of these honorees increased their scores from the 800 tier to the 900 tier. The highest possible Reputation Score is 1,000. Thirty-nine Virtua locations earned scores over 900 this year, with the organization’s highest score – 960 – achieved by Virtua Urgent Care - Washington Township. See more Virtua awardees below. "Exceptional customer experience doesn't happen by accident—it’s a choice,” said Kristi Melani, chief marketing officer at Reputation. “Virtua Health has shown a relentless commitment to their reputation, placing them among an elite group of leaders who prioritize the customer voice above all else. They aren't just hitting targets; they're building lasting relationships."

"These reputation scores really matter because they reflect the voices of the people we serve every day," said Chrisie Scott, senior vice president and chief marketing officer for Virtua Health. "When someone is looking for care, they’re seeking reassurance that they'll be in good hands. Reading about another person's positive experience or seeing how we've helped someone just like them builds that critical trust before they even walk through our doors. These awards remind us that every interaction counts and they inspire us to keep showing up in meaningful ways for our community."

Award Criteria

Reputation’s “800” and “900” Awards are based on the company’s proprietary algorithm, which evaluates online listings on a 1,000-point scale. A listing with a reputation score of 700 or more is considered high performing. Therefore, entities that achieve a score of 800 or higher represent the best of the best.

Reputation uses three factors to determine each score: visibility, engagement, and sentiment. These categories include such measures as number of people who view listings, number of reviews, consumer ratings, and experiences expressed in reviews. Listing accuracy and responses to reviews also contribute to the ultimate score.

The 2026 awards are based on 2025 data. Reputation assesses other industries beyond health care – including restaurant, real estate, banking, and hospitality – across the U.S. and European Union.

Virtua Health’s Results

Virtua achieved 102 listings with scores of 800 or more in this year’s Reputation rankings. In addition to four Virtua hospitals, award recipients include 18 Virtua Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation centers, 13 Virtua laboratories, and all eight Virtua urgent care locations. An array of medical practices and individual providers also earned awards, from primary care to orthopedics, pulmonology to gastroenterology, among many others. This is Virtua’s sixth consecutive year with winning listings.

The 800 and 900 Awards highlight organizations “that put customer experience at the very core of their strategy, and are driven by the voice of the customer to succeed,” according to Reputation.
