Recipe - Low-Fat Tuna Veggie Salad
This healthy tuna salad with vegetables, which is lower in both fat and calories than the traditional version, substitutes plain fat-free Greek yogurt for mayo.Serves: 2
Ingredients:
- 1 5 oz. can chunk light tuna in water drained
- 1/4 cup yellow sweet pepper diced
- 1 stalk celery diced
- 1 large radish diced
- 2 medium sweet gherkins diced
- 2 tablespoons finely diced onions
- 1/4 cup non fat Greek Yogurt
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
- 1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash original
- 2 tablespoons parsley flakes
- dash of fresh ground pepper to taste
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients and chill. Serves 2.
