Paul Minnick
Minnick served as chief operating officer of Bayonne Medical Center, part of the CarePoint Health System in Jersey City, NJ. Previously, he served as COO and executive vice president at Beebe Healthcare at the Beebe Medical Center in Lewes, Del. He first joined Virtua as a vice president of patient care at Virtua Memorial Hospital in Mount Holly, NJ.
Minnick is currently a member of the American Organization of Nurse Executives and the American College of Healthcare Executives. He is board certified by ANCC as an advanced nurse executive and is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau nursing honor
society. He previously served as assistant dean for Clinical Practice at the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing and was a board member for the United Way of Delaware. He also has been asked to speak at several national healthcare conferences.
Minnick achieved a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Villanova University. He earned his Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of Delaware and holds a Master of Science in nursing from La Salle University. He completed the Johnson & Johnson - Wharton Fellows program for nursing executives at the University of Pennsylvania. He is also a certified Six Sigma yellow belt.
